The Outdoor Maintenance company can offer all year maintenance of properties for a one yearly payment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Services included in the landlord/letting agent maintenance package:
  • Window cleaning every 3 weeks                                                        €212.50
  • Grass cutting every 2 weeks from April - 1 Oct                              €325

  • complementary gutter cleaning once per year for free                         free

  • complementary power washing oncer per year for free                        free
 
 
Terms and Conditions:
Payment must be received in full, or on a monthly basis, before work is carried out and will be carried out from the period the payment has been received until exactly 12 months from that date.
The Outdoor Maintenance company must carry out all the required work and on time and to a high standard, both parties shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
